They come staggering out of Zao at last, and Luke blinks into the darkness. "What time is it?"

Guy squints at the sky-- the stars are brilliant above the desert. "A few hours after midnight?" he guesses. He has a little fontech clock in his pocket, but it seems far too much effort to dig it out.

They've learned to pour out holy bottles around their camp when no one is capable of keeping watch. Dawn still comes too quickly, but at least they can snatch a few hours of sleep before getting up and doing it all over again.

I liked this! The holy bottle trick is probably very helpful for sleeping travelers. ^^

It seems a logical thing to work! I mean, you can use them while running around, so why not while stationary?
