He was more interested in the 'Pegasus' than his devastated army. Why should he be upset? He had already known there was no hope, already known Reisen would fire the cannon, despite all warnings. This was nothing he had not expected—death, destruction. His anger and tears had been spent on those far more deserving of them than that foolish half-elf.

No. After the Karion's death, after Winona's arm, Dhaos had no tears, no angry words left.
