There's a scraping sound at the window and Yuri snaps awake, fumbling for his sword before he's really gotten his eyes open—and then he recognizes the silhouette in the moonlight. "Flynn?"

"Don't sound so surprised," Flynn says, hopping down from the sill. He's light on his feet without all that heavy armor. "You come in through my window so often, I figured it must be common courtesy among guildsmen."

Yuri laughs, pushing back the blankets. Flynn's three days early, but Yuri won't complain about luck that good. "You know there's nothing common about my courtesies," he says. "Come here."
