Shouts in the street wake Flynn, and then patrolling knights' sharp whistles. He lies there, tense, wanting to see what's wrong, not wanting to wake Yuri by moving.
"Flynn," Yuri mumbles. "Calm down."
"You're awake?" Flynn says.
"You tensed up," Yuri says. He drapes an arm over Flynn's waist. "It's the middle of the night, okay? Let it go. Back to sleep."
Flynn sighs. "I'll try."
Yuri laughs, hot breath against his nape. "Would this help?" His hand slides down into Flynn's sleeping pants.
"It won't help me sleep," Flynn says. Yuri's hand closes; Flynn pushes. "But go for it."
