"Come to Grand Chokmah with me."
"What?"
"You’re not happy here and I’m not happy there without you. So come live with me. I know it sounds crazy…"
"It is the middle of the night and the worst storm Baticul’s seen in years. And you broke into the manor. And my room."
"… But none of that matters. Come live with me."
"Guy…"
There was movement and the rest of his sentence was muffled.
Silence.
"… Does your house have a courtyard?"
Guy was grinning.
